the right mix to target the right areas of your body and to keep you fit at the same time. You will find that we have lots
of instruction available for your every need.
Ladies that join Shapers come and work out while visiting with their friends.

Organization News
We at Shapers love to encourage you to lose weight and stay fit,
so we have many incentives for you each week. Some times, we have trivia questions about health, and of course give away prizes
for the winners. Each month we also give away prizes for the best weight loss, the smallest weight loss, as well as the largest
inch loss and smallest inch loss.
